The User Profile option is to manage your personal information, system preferences (time zone, time format, etc.), and communication methods needed to maintain your Account.
In the User Profile screen, you can edit most the fields to your liking.
Since your e-mail address is your user ID for our system, that is NOT configurable – please contact support to have this changed. Beyond specifying the proper or customized way to spell your name, you can set your time zone, your time format (12 or 24 hour), if you observe Daylight Savings, any other pieces of information.
Just remember – when you’re done, be sure to click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen!
